"The future of Rupert's Kids is really destined for every city U.S.A. Every community has an overcrowded detention center. Every community has abandoned warehouses, abandoned properties. Every city is struggling with re-entry programs and vocational training - a path as you're coming out of the detention center where you're actually going to succeed...I see in the future, Rupert's Kids being nationwide...Who wouldn't want to take the program? Who wouldn't want to make their community great? Hopefully in the next 10 to 15 years we do become nationwide."

Provide mentoring and educational programming to at-risk youth in our communities.

Foster community partnerships, which serve youth and families.

Facilitate delivery of financial assistance and/or services to youth, in the areas of education, vocational training and job placement.

Develop committed volunteers and donors to provide resources of time, money and property.

Creating a true and self-sustaining re-entry program for those coming out of the detention center.
